Junior Sales Manager (m/f/d)

We’re a young, dynamic team in the seasonal business of stylish outdoor products – from cool decorative pillows to cozy seat cushions for patios and balconies. We don’t just sell products – we bring the holiday vibe straight to your home.
Your mission with us:
• Take care of existing customers: Maintain close contact with your accounts, check in on seasonal order needs, and ensure they’re always well-stocked with our products.
• Quotes & order management: Prepare offers, track orders, and coordinate everything until it’s ready to ship.
• Team player: Work closely with our purchasing, logistics, and marketing teams to make sure your projects run smoothly.
• CRM pro: Keep all important info and next steps updated in our system.
What you bring to the table:
• A completed commercial education (e.g., wholesale and export, office management, industrial clerk) is a plus – but not required.
• Some experience in sales or customer service – ideally B2B.
• Strong communication skills by phone and email – fluent in German, good English.
• Enjoyment of fast-moving seasons and changing trends.
• Basic skills in MS Office and curiosity for learning CRM tools.
• Team spirit, a hands-on mindset, and a good dose of fun in a cool office vibe.
